You’ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing arcade games, laser tag equipment, and redemption machines, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our guests.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and repair arcade games, laser tag equipment, and redemption machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the arcade manager and team to diagnose and resolve technical issues, including both hardware and software-related problems.
- Ensure card readers, coin pushers, and redemption games are stocked, calibrated, and functioning correctly.
- Assist guests and teammates during business hours with game issues, helping to create a seamless and exciting arcade experience.
- Keep detailed logs of maintenance, repairs, and inventory to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for fixing things.
- Experience with electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the team.
- A passion for gaming and technology is a plus!
Physical Requirements
This role is hands-on, so be prepared for activities such as lifting, standing, climbing ladders, and working inside arcade machines to keep them in top condition.
