Job Title: Automotive Warranty Cancellations Clerk – BillingLocation: Palm Beach Gardens, FLSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PMCompensation: $20–$25/hourEmployment Type: Contract-to-HireWork Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warranty Cancellations Clerk to join our automotive team in Palm Beach Gardens. This role focuses on processing warranty cancellations and handling related billing tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive service or finance environments, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process automotive warranty cancellations in a timely and accurate manner
 - Prepare and issue billing statements and refunds related to cancellations
 - Communicate with dealerships, customers, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies
 - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documentation
 - Reconcile accounts and ensure proper allocation of funds
 - Assist with audits and reporting as needed
 - Support other administrative tasks related to warranty and billing operations
 
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in automotive warranty, billing, or finance preferred
 - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
 - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
 - Excellent communication and customer service skills
 - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree a plus
 
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
