This full-time position is a hybrid position. Our office works from home Monday and Fridays and the rest of the work week we report to the office.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Contracting/Commissions Specialist to become an integral part of our team! This entry-level position offers comprehensive training for the right candidate and focuses on the life insurance and contracting side of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs regarding licensing and commission inquires
• Coordinate licensing and commission requirements with insurance agents
• Review and follow up with our insurance companies for contract and appointments
• Maintain commission schedules and special deals
• Prepare reporting and reconcile bonuses
• Oversee the disbursement of all commissions to agents using our commission module

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, or other related fields
• Good at math; prior experience in licensing, commissions or bookkeeping is preferred
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers
