Cardiovascular IR Tech: Must have at least 3 year of experience in L1 trauma facility. EPIC experience required. Travel experience required.
\n • Typical Cases: neurovascular, structural, peripheral, and cardiovascular (Triple As, bypass, stents, etc).
\n • Equipment used: Siemens & GE
\n • Best Fit Candidate: Will be IR Tech who has worked in OR and comfortable in that space. Might have cath/IR/EP exp.
\n • Shift: 3x12s or 4x10s, days. Some wknds, hols, and call (usually about 1 week total per month - manager will discuss in interview).
\n • Floating: May float to support within scope.
\n • Required Certs & Licenses: ACLS, BLS, ARRT(R) | no AL rad tech license
\n • EMR: EPIC
\n *If candidate has been submitted or worked for any UAB hospital in the past 6 months as travel RN, we cannot submit them. There is a 6 month rule for travel RNs moving from one agency to another.*
