This role is ideal for a stylist with 5+ years of experience who is confident behind the chair and passionate about delivering high-quality, personalized services. An existing clientele is a plus, and for those with a client contact list, we are happy to assist in announcing your new salon home. At 4&Co, you’ll have the freedom to showcase your creativity while working in a supportive, positive environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients’ hair needs, preferences, and style goals
- Provide expert cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment services tailored to each client
- Recommend professional hair care products and maintenance routines
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service and communication
- Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and products
- Manage schedules, appointments, and client records efficiently
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience
- Participate in ongoing education, salon events, and marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional salon experience
- Existing clientele preferred, but not required
- Client contact list a plus (we can assist with client outreach)
- Strong consultation, communication, and time-management skills
