Role Description The Remote Travel Advisor (Disney Niche) is a contract role focused on planning and booking Disney-related vacations, including theme park visits, cruises, and resort stays. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their preferences, creating customized itineraries, securing reservations, and managing travel arrangements such as accommodations, tickets, dining, and special experiences. The advisor will provide proactive communication and responsive customer service, ensuring an enjoyable and stress-free planning process. This role also involves staying current on Disney destinations, promotions, and policies, and sharing expert guidance to maximize value and guest satisfaction. The position is fully remote and requires consistent online availability to support clients and collaborate with the Travel With Me, Casi team.\n
Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused abilities, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and written Communication skills to engage clients and provide clear guidance.

• Proficiency in Travel Arrangements, including booking transportation, accommodations, and vacation packages.

• Experience working with or within a Travel Agency or similar travel services environment.

• Demonstrated knowledge or personal experience with Disney destinations, resorts, and vacation products.

• Comfort with remote work, digital tools, and online booking platforms.

\n

• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client itineraries at once.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building a client base and growing within the travel industry.

• Prior advisory, hospitality, or sales experience is beneficial; relevant certifications or training in travel are a plus.
