Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an excellent dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will lead by example, manage staff effectively, maintain high service standards, and help drive sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination

Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff members

Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns

Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

Manage labor costs and employee scheduling

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Track sales, expenses, and operational performance

Implement promotions and strategies to increase revenue

Foster a positive and productive work environment for staff
Qualifications

2+ years of restaurant management or hospitality leadership experience

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and labor management

Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience with POS systems and inventory management preferred
