Are you a Quality Supervisor or QC Lead ready to take full ownership of nights, lead a team, and be the go-to Quality decision maker on shift within a high-tech, automated manufacturing facility?

\n
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to step into a key leadership role where you will run the shift, set priorities, and make judgement calls on holds, disposition, and corrective actions, with day-shift onboarding and ongoing training on internal systems.
\n
\n
You will join a well-established global manufacturer known for strong tenure, rewarding performance, and fast-paced operations with minimal red tape. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their Quality leadership team at their U.S. site.

This role would suit a Quality leader from manufacturing looking for real ownership, a strong team environment, and the chance to build authority and credibility across the plant.

The Role:

- Supervise a team of Quality Technicians and Operators on shift
- QC checks, testing, product holds, non-conformance review, corrective actions
- Partner with Production to set the shift plan, scheduling, end-of-shift reporting
- Support quality / ISO activities, documentation, audits, and continuous improvement
- Night shift: 7pm–7am on a 2-2-3 pattern

The Person:

- Supervisory/leadership experience in Manufacturing Quality / QC
- Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Background in testing / data / quality control; regulated environment a plus
