Junior Project Manager Design Review Services
Location: Arlington, VA (onsite with some flexibility)
Clearance: Public Trust

Overview
The Junior Project Manager will provide project coordination and technical support to the Design Review Services team. This entry-level management role is ideal for candidates with engineering, architecture, or facility planning experience who are looking to grow their careers in federal project management.

Responsibilities

• Support data collection and documentation for facility assessments and system reviews.
• Assist in preparing space planning layouts, block/stack plans, and interior design selections.
• Provide technical support for engineering/building system evaluations (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• Assist in construction review activities and help track punch list completion.
• Document existing conditions and maintain project files.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and team members during relocation and installation efforts.
• Prepare meeting notes, reports, and deliverables for government review.
• Provide administrative and scheduling support to Project Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related field.
• 13 years of relevant professional experience.
• Exposure to project management principles and design review processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred but not required.
