What You’ll Do:
- Greet prospects, conduct tours, and close leases
- Prepare lease paperwork and collect deposits
- Maintain resident and leasing files
- Market the community via social media and outreach
- Ensure model units and amenities are tour-ready
- Respond to resident needs with professionalism and urgency
- Adhere to Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Leasing experience required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Entrata a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs
- Saturday availability required
