More specifically, we are a team of personal trainers specializing in helping adults 40 and over improve their quality of life through strength training in small groups and we are the BEST at what we do! We have 4 locations throughout St. Louis County with more locations on the way!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We are in need of a personal trainer to add to our team. This is an in-person position. Our coaches need to be fully committed to having a career in fitness.
Experience is not necessary as we can teach someone how to be a great coach. What we can’t teach is to be a good teammate, bring a great attitude to work and to share our enthusiasm for helping others.
Personal trainers are the lifeblood of our organization, and we’re looking for more amazing team members to help us grow!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide world class customer service before, during and after small group sessions.
- Modify workouts as needed so they are appropriately challenging and customized to each client.
- Hold clients accountable to making positive changes outside of the gym.
- Assist in building a positive community for our clients that keeps them feeling supported and coming back for years.
- Collaborate with the team and share feedback to ensure we’re doing everything possible to put our clients first.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication skills.
- An understanding of exercise progressions and regressions.
- Motivated to learn: must be willing to consistently read books, attend workshops and further their education.
- An understanding of motivational interviewing and behavior change strategies.
GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES:
- There are strong opportunities for growth as we continue to open additional locations (we opened 2 last year and have 2 more coming in 2026!).
