We are seeking an Irrigation Technician to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot irrigation systems. This role focuses on system performance, water efficiency, accurate documentation, and professional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform irrigation system checks by running all zones and confirming proper coverage.
- Adjust irrigation heads and nozzles for optimal water distribution.
- Locate and repair leaks in lateral and mainline pipes.
- Diagnose and repair valve-related issues, including solenoids, diaphragms, and electrical connections.
- Troubleshoot and service both conventional and 2-wire irrigation systems.
- Resolve controller issues including programming errors and sensor malfunctions.
- Complete PVC repairs, including mainline and lateral line fixes.
- Perform valve repairs and replacements.
- Document all work performed with accurate details and parts used.
- Provide professional customer service by addressing questions and offering system-related information.
- Participate in training and ongoing skill development.
- Follow all established safety procedures.
