Salary Range: $47,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical failures in production machinery.
• Install, commission, and test new industrial equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used accurately.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical control systems.
• Demonstrated ability to perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
• Relevant technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Welding and fabrication proficiency.
• PLC programming or advanced diagnostic experience.
• Forklift or aerial lift certification.
