🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support a team of project managers delivering industrial installation and rigging projects
• Review project budgets, job cost reports, and forecasts to protect profitability
• Conduct site visits to ensure safety, quality, and schedule performance
• Review bids, contracts, and change orders to manage project risk
• Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to plan manpower and equipment needs
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
• Experience leading project teams within industrial services or heavy installation environments
• Strong knowledge of rigging, millwright work, or heavy equipment installation
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, job costing, and profitability
• Experience mentoring project managers and developing field leadership
• Strong safety leadership with knowledge of OSHA standards and industrial job sites
