Do you have a working knowledge of digital banking products and services? Do you care and are genuinely interested in serving customers by phone, email, or text, assisting them with their banking and financial needs? Do you enjoy performing clerical duties such as preparing, researching, verifying, imputing, reporting, and balancing information. Are you detail focused with an ability troubleshoot and perform timely tasks accurately. Do you have strong computer skills with an ability to perform tasks on multiple platforms. We are seeking a full-time candidate, who will train in our Farmington IL location but may choose to work from any of our five branch locations with hybrid remote work available.
