• 7+ years of professional experience or equivalent mastery
• Strong diagnostic ability (electrical, drivability, intermittent issues)
• Pride in clean, professional work
• Ability to work independently and lead when needed
• Someone who gives a damn about the craft

Certifications are a plus.
Skill, ownership, and character matter more.
