Master Technician - Top Pay & Real Support
Job Description
Job DescriptionSalary: $44 - 55
This is not a wrench-turning burnout job.
This is a leadership-level technician role for someone who wants to run clean diagnostics, take pride in fixing hard problems, and work in a shop that actually backs its techs with process, equipment, and support.
We are looking for a Master Technician who:
- Can diagnose the hard stuff
- Cares about doing the job right, not just fast
- Wants consistency, respect, and long-term stability
- Is tired of shops that talk about culture but do not live it
What This Role Actually Is
This is a senior technical position. You are the person others lean on when the problem is unclear. You will:
- Handle advanced diagnostics and complex repairs
- Support and mentor other technicians when needed
- Help keep standards high across the shop
- Be trusted to make technical decisions without being second-guessed
We want quality, accuracy, and leadership.
What You Get
- Top-tier flat rate pay with steady car count
- Consistent hours and predictable workflow
- Quality parts and proper equipment
- A shop that protects technicians from chaos through strong advisors, process, and leadership
- A long-term home if that is what you are looking for
If a mistake happens, we talk about it and fix it.
If a bad decision is made, we address it directly and improve the system.
We invest in our people and our process.
We do not tolerate dysfunction, drama, or lazy leadership.
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of professional experience or equivalent mastery
- Strong diagnostic ability (electrical, drivability, intermittent issues)
- Pride in clean, professional work
- Ability to work independently and lead when needed
- Someone who gives a damn about the craft
Certifications are a plus.
Skill, ownership, and character matter more.
What This Is Not
- Not a shop that buries techs in comebacks
- Not a place where service writers throw garbage over the wall
- Not a flag hours and disappear culture
- Not chaos
If you have been carrying your shop on your back and are tired of it, this is worth a conversation.
