Position Description

NINJIO is growing and seeking to hire a Service Implementation Specialist to join the team. This position is responsible for onboarding new clients and adding new services for existing clients. As a Service Implementation Specialist, you will educate clients on our training methodology, help solve technical problems, and ensure a seamless adoption of our products and services, all while providing a white-glove customer service experience.

The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients, able to learn quickly, experienced with SaaS-based technologies, and able to communicate those concepts to our clients who come from varying levels of technical backgrounds.

You are:

  • Very well organized, able to efficiently multitask, have an exceptional eye for detail, and able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Savvy - Familiar with a variety of digital platforms and able to learn new ones quickly.
  • Experienced working in a technical or shared services environment.
  • An excellent verbal communicator. A lot of your interactions with our clients and prospects will be over video calls.
  • Exceptional at communicating via email. You have great grammar skills, and you can type quickly.
  • A team player, able to pivot and execute when new projects and priorities arise. Comfortable reaching out to and working with interdepartmental peers to establish collaborative working relationships.
  • Dedicated, responsive, have a very strong work ethic and willing to occasionally put in long hours to get the job done.
  • Loyal, honest, have a positive attitude, and willing to work your way up by doing amazing work.


What you will be doing:

  • You will report to our Service Implementation Manager.
  • You will be performing client support through operational tasks, primarily working with our Security Awareness Platform and Client Relationship Management system.
  • Some of your duties include onboarding new clients via online video calls, responding to inquiries from clients, prospects, and other department stakeholders via email and our ticketing system.
  • During onboarding calls you will clearly communicate account setup requirements, platform capabilities, and educate new clients on best practices according to our NINJIO Methodology.
  • You will record client implementation needs, requests and questions so you can communicate with other stakeholders.
  • We expect that you will have strong general computer skills on a PC (We use PC’s, not Macs). For specific applications that we use, we will provide you with the necessary training to be successful.

Education
A bachelor’s degree would be great but isn’t a necessity.

Position Type

This is a full-time non-exempt (hourly) position.

Hours
Work hours are expected to be from 9:30AM – 6:00PM and potential a hybrid schedule.

Location Our headquarters is located in Westlake Village, CA. Position could be remote, however, local applicants are preferred
