Company Overview:
We are a plumbing and heating contractor based in the North Metro that has been in business for over 35 years. Our team is on track to complete over 200 high-end new construction homes this year, with some being featured in the Parade of Homes and Artisan Home Tour. Position Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to join our office team. This role involves project coordination, estimating, invoicing, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and excels at managing relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, vendors, clients, and internal teams
  • Review construction plans and specifications to prepare accurate estimates in QuickBooks
  • Create job folders (specs, plans, bids, etc.) to support our Plumbing and HVAC field crews
  • Coordinate and document any project changes after initial estimates are completed
  • Order and track materials, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Receive and check-in materials delivered to our shop, as needed
  • Invoice customers accurately upon project completion, including any change orders
  • Enter vendor invoices and expenses into QuickBooks
  • Support general administrative functions and office organization
  • Answer the office phone one day per week (shared schedule with office staff)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
  • Dependable, trustworthy, and reliable

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or an administrative office role
  • Experience in the construction, plumbing, or HVAC industry is a bonus but not required
