Your role will center on working with a wide range of client demographics, including adults, adolescents, couples, and families experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through their therapeutic journeys, empowering them to achieve their personal goals and improve their mental health resilience.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

  • Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting, providing therapy and counseling services.

  • Ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and collaborate with colleagues in a remote setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skills.
