What Youll Do
As an Automotive Technician at Bird Automotive, youll diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate diagnostics including electrical, drivability, and noise concerns
- Complete repairs efficiently and correctly the first time
- Perform digital vehicle inspections and clearly document findings
- Communicate with service advisors regarding repair recommendations
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
What Were Looking For
We want technicians who care about doing things the right way not just the fast way.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of automotive repair experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills (A/B level technician preferred)
- Experience with general repair and maintenance
- Ability to use scan tools and diagnostic equipment
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude
Bonus Points:
- ASE certifications
- Experience with Tekmetric, Shop-Ware, or similar shop management systems
- Leadership or mentoring experience
