Job DescriptionAssembly Technician

Pay: $22–$26/hour (DOE)

Location: Longmont, CO

Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

We are seeking Assembly Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in Longmont, CO. In this role, you will assemble and test high-precision gas distribution and semiconductor process equipment used in advanced technology applications worldwide.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong mechanical assembly experience who enjoy working in a quality-focused, high-tech manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical and electrical systems from engineering drawings and specifications
Build sub-assemblies and large-scale equipment using hand and power tools
Perform electrical crimping, wiring, and component installation
Conduct testing and inspections to ensure quality and performance standards are met
Support hydro-testing activities and accurately document results
Follow ISO9001 quality standards and manufacturing procedures
Maintain a controlled manufacturing environment and comply with safety protocols
Use basic computer programs to document work and communicate with team members
Participate in continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives
Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams

Qualifications

3+ years of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and technical documentation
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
Electrical crimping and wiring experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic computer skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Fully onsite in Longmont, CO
Monday–Friday schedule with some start-time flexibility
Controlled manufacturing environment with strict quality standards
ISO9001-certified facility focused on safety and excellence

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longmont, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
