Job Title: Inventory Coordinator
Pay: $22/hr
Location: Malvern, PA, 19355
Shift: 7AM - 3:30 PM
Duration: 3 Months (possible extension/conversion!)
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, document, and track incoming laboratory samples in electronic sample management systems.
- Verify sample information, ensure data accuracy, and maintain complete chain-of-custody documentation.
- Process, organize, and route samples for testing, storage, and shipment based on project requirements.
- Coordinate the delivery of samples to internal laboratories and designated storage locations.
- Prepare, package, and ship samples to external testing facilities in accordance with applicable handling and temperature-control requirements.
- Receive and distribute external sample shipments, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery.
Maintain sample inventory records and support compliance with laboratory quality and documentation standards.
