<p>Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Team Developer to recruit, train and develop new home health aides in Bingham Farms, MI!<br>Shift Details: Monday - Friday, shift will fall between 8:00am and 6:00pm.<br>Pay Rate: $20.00-25.00/hour dependent upon experience

<li>Provide orientation to new home health aides</li>

<p>Requirements:
<ol>
<li>Need to have an outgoing and positive attitude!</li>
<li>Recruiting, Customer service, or administrative experience</li>
<li>Previous home health aide experience is very helpful</li>
<li>Strong communication &amp; organizational skills</li>
<li>Passion for people and team-building</li>
<li>An active drivers license, vehicle insurance and registration is a must have - as you may need to visit client homes from time to time.</li>
