Responsibilities
- Assist customers in locating and ordering automotive parts
- Process parts sales and maintain accurate transaction records
- Maintain inventory levels and organize parts storage areas
- Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to fulfill parts requests efficiently
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and support to customers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in parts sales or inventory management is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work evening shifts reliably and some Saturday's on rotation
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with parts ordering systems
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
