Pay Rate: $19.25/hour – Paid Weekly
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 4 Days On / 3 Days Off
Shift Options:
- 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
- 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM

Job Description
We are currently hiring 2nd Shift Assemblers for a manufacturing facility in Plymouth, MN. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to start or continue a career in manufacturing.
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but NOT required. Candidates with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and experience using hand or power tools are encouraged to apply.
In this role, you will assemble products and components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining established quality, safety, and productivity standards.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line techniques according to specifications.
- Follow detailed work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
- Inspect assembled parts for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
- Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining productivity and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience preferred, but NOT required.
- Experience using hand tools and/or power tools.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Dependable attendance and ability to work the full Monday–Thursday schedule.
