Wholesale distributor of quality nuts, dried fruits, seeds, spices, party mixes, snacks, and bakery supplies are currently searching for a talented and experienced Merchandiser to keep our Company presence in the greater Dallas area and visit our stores. Ideal candidates will possess 2-3 years of experience in the food service industry and serving Supermarkets.
Responsibilities & Duties:
· Briefing staff on stock display and rotation to ensure every space is optimized.
· Work with the Director of Sales to formulate market sales and product allocation.
· Address customer product or service issues while providing long-term solutions.
· Coordinate with other internal support departments to best manage customer service needs.
· Assessing the effectiveness of different product displays and store layouts on sales figures
· Ensures that the shelves of a retail store are stocked with products and display them.
. Availability to visit stores every day.
. Understand PO process and pick up orders
Requirements:
· College degree required.
· Stocker experience in food industry
· Excellent written, verbal communication and relationship building skills.
· Ability to manage time, set priorities and meet target goals.
· Strong Desire for meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
· Ability to work in a fast –paced and high energy environment.
