Job Description
SUMMARY:
Sales representatives will work closely with new and existing customers, other sales team members, sales manager, office staff and management team to grow and promote the sale of Entry Point Doors and Windows (EPDW) products and services. Sales representatives will use sales skills to demo products, present contracts for business, follow up with clients, close new business and continue to provide service after the sale. Most sales Lead are provided but there is an expectation of lead generation through customer follow up and referral programs.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous Window and Door Sales and Knowledge is a Huge Plus
In Home Sales Background is recommended.
Must Pass a Background Screening
Must Have a Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Vehicle.
Must have Computer Skills and Ability to Manage a CRM System.
Must Possess Follow Up Skill Set.
Some Saturday Appointments are Required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet or exceed sales goals developed by Sales Manager/Management Team
Perform in-home meetings with customers to conduct needs assessment, in order to properly position EPDW solutions.
Must be able to use and manage existing CRM system effectively to manage customer contact. This includes loading pictures, notes, contracts, and follow up opportunities in CRM system to effectively manage customer contact/work flow.
Use resources provided to you (samples, brochures, educational materials, colors, etc.) to effectively demonstrate and explain product offering to potential new customers
Use affective in-home selling techniques to present EPDW solutions
Use existing contract system effectively to correctly price EPDW solutions
Ensure properly written and documented information within EPDW contracts
Affectively communicate with customers scope of work performed by EPDW
Respond in a timely manner to office personnel or clients’ request
Communicate and follow up with prospects in a timely manner to ensure highest customer satisfaction
Attend sales meetings/ training events (sales meeting are usually every other week)
Attend and participate in trade shows/exhibition booths/conferences and other marketing events
Participate in Home Shows and Support Showroom sales programs.
Work closely with Sale Manager/Management Team to ensure proper positioning of company and products to existing and prospective clients
COMPENSATION:
This is a commission-based position paid on sales
401(k), Health and dental insurance are available after 90 days of employment
Car allowance is available
Training pay is included; Training is usually 2 to 3 weeks.
