We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team at a 120-unit residential community in Barre, Vermont. Key Responsibilities
As part of our maintenance team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our community safe, clean, and well-maintained. Your duties will include:

Responding promptly to daily work orders and maintenance requests

Supporting unit turnovers, preventative maintenance, and general repairs

Maintaining the grounds and handling seasonal tasks, including snow removal

Picking up supplies from local vendors for the on-site resident food pantry

Staying connected with the team via the Yardi mobile app

Participating in the emergency on-call rotation
Work Schedule

Standard Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Summer Hours:
??- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
??- Friday: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
What You Bring
-
A strong customer service mindset and clear communication skills
-
Hands-on experience in apartment maintenance and repairs

Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, custodial, and HVAC systems

Familiarity with work order software (Yardi preferred)

A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
