Job DescriptionPrimarily M-F with possible occasional weekend needs if we have a problem.  3pm – 11;30pm or 4pm – 12:30 am, we are a bit flexible, but we are only in need of someone for nights (initial training would be on days until they are up to speed and ready to go) •           Experience in manufacturing environment, preferably on extrusion lines and related machines with the following skilles:o     Troubleshoot and repair all down production equipmentCoordinate with plant staff regarding needed machine repairsMaintain preventive maintenance scheduleCoordinate with sub-contractors to work on machinery when necessaryMaintain lockout/tag out booksMust be able to read and understand electrical schematic diagram drawingsMust have excellent communication skillsMust be able to work independently and in a very safe mannerMust have electrical experience in troubleshooting PLC based machines ranging in voltages from 5 volts to 460 volts/3 phaseMust be able to work in elevated levels up to 35 feet and use proper personal protective equipmentSalary will be determined by experience; we anticipate $25-35/hour range - candidates should be presented with their hourly rate requirement  Â
