We are seeking a talented individual with EXCEPTIONAL customer service to work on our team as an Assistant Property Manager.
Qualifications:
- Active CA Real Estate Salesperson's or Broker's license
- Previous experience in property management or residential leasing
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with tenants & clients
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Duties:
- Oversee and assist with tenant compliance, delinquency collection, rent increase notifications, etc.
- Filter office calls
- Assist field team with inspections & compliance postings
- Various office administrative tasks
Availability:
- Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
- An hour lunch break is observed, typically from 1-2pm
- We are closed most holidays and on weekends
- Additional compensation opportunity for after-hours or weekend calls are optional
