Phone Operator

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner
- Perform clerical duties related to daily front office operations, including updating and organizing patient charts
- Respond to inquiries and requests from patients, caregivers, and staff members promptly and courteously
- Answer a multiline telephone system professionally, directing calls to appropriate personnel
- Maintain accurate and organized patient information within the PM/EHR system
- Support administrative tasks to ensure efficient front office workflow
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or healthcare-related training preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic office software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service environment is a plus
