Process Technician (Molding) – 2nd Shift

Location: Johnson Creek, WI
Shift: Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay: Starting at $24.00/hour + $1.25/hour shift premium (based on experience)

milkrite | InterPuls is seeking a hands-on, mechanically inclined Process Technician to support our molding operations in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin. In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up and optimizing production equipment, changing molds, troubleshooting process issues, and ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with machinery, and making a direct impact on production performance and product quality.

What You'll Do:

• Set up and operate molding press equipment for production runs
• Change molds and adjust machine settings to meet production and quality requirements
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments to improve efficiency and product quality
• Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and process issues to minimize downtime
• Verify product weights, dimensions, and specifications
• Audit and document machine settings and process parameters
• Clean and maintain molds and equipment
• Support continuous improvement efforts within the department
• Complete required production and process documentation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Manufacturing experience preferred; molding, rubber, plastics, or related experience is a plus
• Ability to identify problems and implement practical solutions
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Forklift experience is a plus (training provided)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with machinery, heat, noise, and production equipment
