What You’ll DoCustomer Service
- Greet every customer with a friendly, helpful attitude
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and make recommendations
- Suggest products such as premium cuts, ready-to-cook items, and add-ons
- Accurately prepare and confirm customer orders
- Ensure every customer leaves satisfied and well taken care of
Store Operations
- Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Maintain attractive, well-stocked display cases
- Rotate products using FIFO (First In, First Out)
- Monitor product quality and remove anything that does not meet standards
- Assist with opening duties to ensure the store is ready on time
Food Safety & Quality
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced
- Verify freshness, quality, and proper storage of all items
- Handle products with care to maintain high quality standards
Stocking & Inventory
- Restock fresh, frozen, and grab-and-go items as needed
- Keep backstock organized and clearly labeled
- Communicate low inventory or issues to the appropriate team member
