A respected national law firm is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Counsel to join its remote team. The role involves managing employment-related claims, responding to administrative charges, and providing strategic advice to clients across various industries. Remote Labor & Employment Responsibilities
- Handle all phases of employment litigation, from intake through resolution.
- Respond to administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters, including drafting position statements and related submissions.
- Conduct early case evaluations and provide strategic recommendations.
- Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and settlement agreements as needed.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure efficient case management.
Remote Labor & Employment Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of employment law experience, including litigation and administrative charge defense.
- Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws.
- Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Licensed and in good standing in your state of residence.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a national team.
