Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Position Summary:
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct resident care and supports daily living activities to promote dignity, comfort, and well-being. CNAs work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care for each resident.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility, and transfers)

Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Take and record vital signs, weights, and other health data as directed

Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

Support restorative and rehabilitative care practices as instructed

Respect residents’ rights, dignity, and privacy at all times

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and compassionate care delivery
Qualifications:

Active CNA certification in Minnesota
-
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to follow care plans, policies, and instructions accurately

Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays as scheduled
