From helping customers find their perfect fit to sharing your product knowledge, you’ll play a key role in creating a memorable shopping experience and representing an iconic American brand.

• Guide customers to the right Red Wing footwear based on their unique needs, building trust and long-term relationships.

• Deliver the Ultimate Fit Experience—ensuring comfort, durability, and safety in every pair.

• Share expert product knowledge and keep up with new arrivals to better serve customers.

\n

• Build connections with local businesses to provide work footwear solutions for their employees.

\n

• Keep the store organized, clean, and welcoming.

\n

• Process transactions quickly and accurately.

\n

• Collaborate with your team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required—we’ll train the right person).

• Passion for helping others and creating a positive customer experience.

\n

• Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong communication skills.

\n

• Weekend availability required; flexibility for additional hours a plus.
