We are currently hiring a Retail Sales Associate to represent our client inside retail locations while engaging directly with customers and driving new sales. This position focuses on face to face customer interaction, marketing promotions, and delivering exceptional customer service while educating customers on available products and services.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of the brand inside retail environments, helping customers understand current promotions, answering questions, and guiding them through the enrollment or purchasing process. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and developing professional skills in sales, customer service, marketing promotions, and leadership development.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers inside retail locations and introduce current products, services, and marketing promotions
- Deliver confident sales presentations that highlight features, benefits, and promotional offers
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and helping customers choose the best options for their needs
- Generate new customer enrollments and support ongoing retail sales campaigns
- Build positive relationships with customers while representing the brand professionally
- Assist with in store marketing promotions and customer engagement initiatives
- Track sales activity, customer interactions, and new enrollments through company systems
- Maintain a professional and organized promotional area inside retail environments
- Participate in team meetings focused on sales training, leadership development, and communication skills
- Collaborate with teammates and leadership to improve sales strategies and customer experience
