Senior Helpers – Serving Southwest Michigan
Compensation: $16 - $20 (Based upon experience, certification and education)

Key Responsibilities
As a caregiver, you will provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care that helps seniors remain independent.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Support safe mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation and engagement
- Assist with transportation, errands, and appointments
- Provide medication reminders and wellness monitoring
- Observe and report changes in physical or cognitive condition
- Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
- Support client independence while maintaining a safe home environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience working with seniors (home care, assisted living, or healthcare preferred)
- CNA, HHA, or caregiving certification preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Comfortable working in homes with pets
