Alexandria, MN - B Shift - Monday-Wednesday , 6:30pm-6:30am & Thursday - 6:30pm-12:30am,

This position is responsible for packing, trailer loading, and material handling of aluminum parts, and participating in 5S initiatives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education:
   • High school diploma or equivalent degree
2. Experience:
   • 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
3. Other required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
   • Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
   • Ability to recognize safety concerns
   • Knowledgeable in companywide computer systems and programs
   • Ability to utilize the proper inspection equipment per designated work area
   • A highly motivated self-starter

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to detect minor defects in the finish of the product
• Ability to read die drawings and inspect parts according to customer specifications
• Ability to properly use appropriate measuring tools
• Knowledge of the age cycle and the effect it has on the material
• Teamwork
• Ability to take part in additional training e. Extrusion 101
