What You’ll Do
-
Perform general pest control services for residential and commercial customers

Complete termite treatments and general prevention applications
-
Deliver excellent customer service during every visit

Work both independently and as part of a close-knit team

Use a backpack sprayer and other equipment daily

Work outdoors and enter crawl spaces as needed
What We’re Looking For and Must haves
-
No pest control experience needed — just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills (non-negotiable)

Comfortable with physical labor and outdoor work

Reliable transportation to reach the office/job sites during training

Clean driving record (company vehicle provided after training)

Able to pass DMV and criminal background checks

Live within the service area

Availability to work Monday–Friday, 32–40 hours per week
