What you will need: Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current BLS What you will do: Collect and document comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and the situation Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized for the patient and the situation Collaborate with the person, family significant others and caregivers as appropriate to implement the plan Evaluate and document patient’s progress
