We are currently seeking to hire an Automotive General Manager to run our operations! You will be responsible for overseeing all Sales and Wholesale vehicle activities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all the vehicle sales activities
- Initiate and oversee the entire wholesale vehicle acquisition process
- Develop, acquire, and utilize all tools necessary, including digital, to drive business
- Analyze metrics and results to identify areas of improvement
- Develop and execute innovative sales and vehicle acquisition strategies
Qualifications:
- Five years preferred in vehicle sales.
- Knowledge and experience with wholesale vehicle acquisitions preferred
- Organized, self-motivated and directed, and eager to earn and grow the business independently
- Familiarity with CRM and DMS platforms
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with clients
