We are seeking Quality Inspectors/Sorters for temporary work assignments. Duration of assignment will vary based on production needs, but all work will be performed on 1st shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect products, parts, or materials for defects, damage, or inconsistencies
- Sort acceptable and defective items according to company standards
- Remove non-conforming products from production lines
- Rework, repackage, or label approved products when needed
- Maintain accurate inspection and production records
- Follow safety procedures and quality control guidelines
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Assist with general warehouse or production duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or quality inspection experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and basic documentation skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must have steel toed boots/shoes
- Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and repetitive motions
- Ability to lift up to 25–40 pounds as required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
