Our client is a rapidly expanding international developer and owner of hyperscale data center infrastructure, delivering some of the world's most advanced mission-critical facilities.

As part of its continued expansion across North America, the company is seeking an experienced General Manager – U.S. Construction Operations to provide executive leadership for its U.S. construction business.

This is a senior executive role offering a total compensation package of up to $1,000,000, responsible for driving operational excellence, leading multiple hyperscale data center developments, building high-performing teams, and supporting the continued growth of the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive executive leadership experience within the hyperscale or mission-critical data center construction sector.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale hyperscale data center developments.
  • Experience leading multiple projects, regional operations, or an entire business unit.
  • Strong commercial, contractual, operational, and financial leadership.
  • Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent client-facing, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to operational excellence and project delivery.

Candidates should have responsibility for multiple projects, regional operations, or an entire business unit, rather than a single project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive leadership across the U.S. construction operations.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of multiple hyperscale and mission-critical data center projects.
  • Lead regional operations with responsibility for safety, quality, schedule, cost, and commercial performance.
  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing project and operational teams.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Drive operational improvements, governance, reporting, and project controls.
  • Support business growth through strategic planning, recruitment, and organizational development.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Location

  • Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (Preferred)
  • Candidates located within the Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time Zones will be considered.
