Our client is a rapidly expanding international developer and owner of hyperscale data center infrastructure, delivering some of the world's most advanced mission-critical facilities.
As part of its continued expansion across North America, the company is seeking an experienced General Manager – U.S. Construction Operations to provide executive leadership for its U.S. construction business.
This is a senior executive role offering a total compensation package of up to $1,000,000, responsible for driving operational excellence, leading multiple hyperscale data center developments, building high-performing teams, and supporting the continued growth of the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive executive leadership experience within the hyperscale or mission-critical data center construction sector.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale hyperscale data center developments.
- Experience leading multiple projects, regional operations, or an entire business unit.
- Strong commercial, contractual, operational, and financial leadership.
- Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent client-facing, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to operational excellence and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership across the U.S. construction operations.
- Oversee the successful delivery of multiple hyperscale and mission-critical data center projects.
- Lead regional operations with responsibility for safety, quality, schedule, cost, and commercial performance.
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing project and operational teams.
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Drive operational improvements, governance, reporting, and project controls.
- Support business growth through strategic planning, recruitment, and organizational development.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
