Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $55–$60/hour
Contract: ASAP through the end of the 2026–2027 school year
ProCare Therapy is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school district in Oak Harbor, Washington. This full-time opportunity provides the chance to work with students across a K–12 caseload while partnering with educators and other school professionals to support student success.
Position Highlights:
Full-time K–12 school-based OT position
Monday–Friday schedule
37.5 hours per week
Competitive pay of $55–$60/hour
K–12 student population
Students with mild to moderate disabilities
Caseload capped at 55 students
Supportive district with strong resources
Collaborative school environment
Qualifications:
Current Washington Occupational Therapist license
Current ESA license
Ability to provide OT services in a school-based setting
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for helping students develop functional, academic, and developmental skills
