Make an impact supporting students’ growth and well-being as a contracted school psychologist for the 2026-2027 academic year. This is a full-time opportunity based near Airway Heights, WA, with a weekly schedule of 37.5 hours beginning August 25, 2026, and concluding June 16, 2027. You’ll play a vital role within a welcoming district, collaborating with other professionals to shape positive educational outcomes.

Qualifications & Licensing:

  • Valid Washington (WA) School Psychologist license required
  • Previous school-based experience as a psychologist is highly desirable
  • Ability to work with diverse student populations across a range of ages and backgrounds
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
  • Comfortable adapting to needs of multiple school sites (final assignment details forthcoming)
  • Effective communicator and collaborator with educators, families, and support staff
  • Detail-oriented and organized, able to maintain accurate records and reports

Responsibilities:

  • Complete comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
  • Provide direct support and interventions to students
  • Consult with educators and parents to develop and implement educational plans
  • Support students’ social, emotional, and academic success
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to intervention teams
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with state and district standards
  • Adapt services as needed to changing caseload and school priorities
