Job DescriptionEXPERIENCED REAL ESTATE AGENT – ZILLOW FLEX OPPORTUNITY

We don’t just hand out leads. We build high-performing conversion agents.


Our Flex agents receive:

-Consistent, high-quality Zillow live tour requests

-Proven systems and support (ISA, admin, ops — we’ve got your back)

-Clear standards, accountability, and structure

-Training that sharpens conversion, presentations, and contract skills


Experienced agents who follow the system routinely close 2–3 transactions per month within their first 90 days.

This role is not for everyone. Flex agents must be responsive, professional, coachable, and able to convert opportunities quickly while following team systems and Zillow standards.
