Position Requirements
- Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients into the treatment area and help them feel comfortable.
- Review medical history and update patient records accurately.
- Discuss treatment plans with patients and answer questions regarding procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms according to infection control standards.
- Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
- Take dental radiographs and digital impressions as needed.
