<li>Welding &amp; Fabrication: Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding on materials like steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Equipment Setup: Adjust and configure welding machines, gas flow rates, and current/amperage settings.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and welding symbols.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Material Preparation: Clean, grind, cut, and clamp metal surfaces to eliminate contamination.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Quality Control: Inspect finished welds for structural integrity and correct dimensions.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Safety &amp; Maintenance: Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a clean workspace (5S/Lean practices). [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8]</li>

<li>Education: High school diploma or GED certificate.</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience: Proven experience operating both MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) equipment.</li>
</ul>

<li>Skills: Strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to pass an on-site practical weld test.</li>
</ul>
