What You'll Do
As an Assistant Manager, you'll be a working leader who sets the tone every shift. You'll coach your team, jump in wherever needed, and help create the high-energy atmosphere Milwaukee Burger Company is known for.
- Lead daily restaurant operations with confidence and positivity.

- Protect food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
- Manage labor, sales, and profitability goals.
- Work alongside your team in our fast-paced scratch kitchen and dining room.
